Big day of thinking today.

Been walking the streets, observing, looking for gaps — and an idea hit me:

A moving company.

Simple. Physical. Real demand. AI-powered operations on the backend — scheduling, CRM, client follow-ups, all automated. I'm still thinking it through but I want to hear from you guys — what do you think? Is this worth building?

On the grind side — did a few approaches today.

Got rejected.

Not once. More than once.

And I'm still here writing this post. Because rejection is just data. It tells you what to adjust, not when to quit. Every "no" is getting me closer to the "yes" that matters.
