Empathy vs Compassion Reflection
Empathy is the ability to understand and share the feelings of another—you feel with them. Compassion goes a step further by pairing that understanding with a genuine desire to take action to alleviate their suffering. Simply put, empathy is feeling, while compassion is acting.
