The 60-Second Loop Breaker
Every man has a loop that runs him.
You feel the trigger → you run the same story → you fall into the same behaviour.
It’s predictable. It’s unconscious.
And it’s costing you your power.
Here’s how to break it in under 60 seconds:
  1. Pause – Stop the autopilot. Take one breath.
  2. Name – Ask yourself: “What story am I telling myself right now?”(Example: “If I speak up, she’ll leave me.” Or “If I fail, I’m worthless.”)
  3. Pattern – Notice the behaviour that follows that story.(People-pleasing. Procrastination. Exploding. Retreating.)
  4. Choice – Say it out loud: “That’s the old loop. Today I choose ___.”(Set the boundary. Take the action. Speak the truth.)
That’s it.
It’s simple.
But it’s the start of reclaiming your leadership from the unconscious loops that have run you for years.
