Have you guys heared of something called mirror gazing?
It's a very powerful practice that i've been recently doing, u simply sit in front of a mirror with a dim light and look into your eyes(your left one, it's responsible for the emotion). It's very powerful cuz the eyes are the window of the soul but we never really had the chance to look through this window, it soumds simple but it's not easy at all, in fact when you do this for the first three or four times maybe even more you will experiance tons of resistance, wanting to run away and spin of thoughts but when you stay present with that, gold start to come up, you start getting triggered( your shame, guilt and fear comes up) it teaches u to get comfortable with this and it's simply your internal world that you see in the mirror and also your external world cuz it's also a mirror.
