Using the cage to create distance whilst striking! 🥊
When it comes to fighting, ring craftsmanship is important ESPECIALLY when it comes to completing at a high level. We want to use our play arena as much as possible. For example; you'll so boxers use the ropes to lean on and defensively manoeuvre themselves, You'' see Thai fighters use the ropes and deep their opponents away from the spring back of momentum they gain. Similar with a cage, you can use the cage to apply the same thing.
I used this concept in my first fight in IMMAF world championship 2022 and it worked great to keep my opponent at bay!
