NOVAKAI DETOX PROTOCAL STEP 1: COLON CLEANSE
A Gentle 4-Day Detox Reset for Gut, Liver & Full-Body Health
Novakai | Holistic Health & Detox Education
An educational, beginner-friendly detox protocol designed to support digestion, elimination, and metabolic reset in a modern world.
Introduction: Why Detox Matters Today
Modern life places a constant burden on the body. Processed foods, environmental toxins, stress, medications, and poor digestion can overload the systems responsible for elimination and repair. Over time, this may contribute to fatigue, bloating, inflammation, brain fog, and metabolic imbalance.
Detox is not about extreme restriction or punishment. A well-designed detox creates space for the body to do what it already knows how to do—eliminate waste, restore balance, and heal.
This 4-day protocol follows a natural progression:
  1. Elimination (colon cleanse)
  2. Stabilization (liquid nourishment)
  3. Reactivation (living foods)
  4. Integration (return to normal eating)
