- Set a 3-minute timer 👉 Declutter ONE surface. Desk, nightstand, purse, car… ETC.
- Write down THREE things you must do today. Not 10. Not 20. Just 3.
- Choose ONE task and give it 5 minutes. JUST 5. Once you start, you usually finish.
