Wednesday Reset: The 10- minute “Get Your Life Together “ Routine
Sometimes it’s not that you’re lazy… you’re just overwhelmed. So here’s a tiny routine that helps you reset your whole vibe.
  1. Set a 3-minute timer 👉 Declutter ONE surface. Desk, nightstand, purse, car… ETC.
  2. Write down THREE things you must do today. Not 10. Not 20. Just 3.
  3. Choose ONE task and give it 5 minutes. JUST 5. Once you start, you usually finish.
This is how you get your momentum back.
Not by doing everything… but by doing 1 thing with intention. 💜
