From Stuck SysAdmin to DevOps Engineer
Three years.
That’s how long Aghiles stayed in the same sysadmin job.
Same desk. Same tasks. Same pay.
No promotions. No growth.
Every month that passed felt like falling further behind.
Cloud. Kubernetes. Automation. All moving ahead without him.
