Your Experience is Now
Hello and welcome to Mindshift Academy and the beginning of the most amazing transformation you have ever experienced! You're here because it is meant to be, and I am so very grateful to serve you on this next step of your journey!
The way we experience is the way we think. The patterns of what you experience are equal to the patterns of what you do inwardly with your self-talk. I am solid in this thinking.
Try this today as an experiment to prove your thoughts control your reality.
- Imagine and think about your loved one or even a stranger looking at you with an unprompted, gleaming smile. Feel the emotional connection in this gaze and see yourself in your mind's eye with a bright and joyous smile back at them.
- Feel the emotion of well-being that this moment will create in your heart and body. You know, the feeling when you get goosebumps for a split second because of synchronicity! Teach the body for a moment that this is what you are experiencing NOW—not soon, but right now.
When this is what you feel, it sends a signal through the air that is seeking a match. Because of this signal, it will find reception. It may not be with the one you imagine, but it will find who is ready to receive that signal, and it will be revealed to you because of the strong expectation that it is already happening to you. This is what you are able to do on command because of your expectation and emotion. It took three minutes for my loved one I pictured as writing this to be prompted by my signal.
