You might be one of those who tell me that "Mindfulness is impossible for ADHD brains" and whilst I understand, I hold a different belief.
Instead of another long practice which you find hard to focus on or integrate into your busy life with ADHD, this community will help you learn the benefits of mindfulness in a way that’s accessible, practical and works for you individually & on an ongoing basis.
The tools and understanding you'll develop here are built to support you in the workplace and beyond.
If you're new to it, practicing mindfulness can offer many benefits, including:
Reduction in stress
Being more present
Increased self awareness
Increased attention & focus
Controlled impulsivity
Emotional regulation
Feeling calmer, clearer & more in control
This place will not tell you to focus more, sit still or quiet your mind because that doesn't work for us.
Each Wednesday, we'll practice mindfulness together in the morning to either start the day with clarity or be there as a mid-week reset.
