Ongoing Decluttering

In January, I let go of art supplies, art papers/pieces, memorabilia, paperwork, magazines. Some of it was hard to let go but very necessary.

I’m still working with paperwork, books, other home decor items.

I have fine china & crystal that I’m having a hard time letting go of. I’ll be married this year for 30 yrs & we have never used fine china or crystal. Back in the day, we put these items on a registry cause well that was the tradition. So in time I’ll decide. I’m being gentle with myself about it.

Photographs, including digital is also on the declutter agenda this year.

Setting up a capsule seasonal wardrobe is also on the agenda & an ongoing process.

It feels good to incrementally tackle these things.

During this wintering time, nesting & decluttering is very cathartic. Keeping busy so I don’t get lethargic & the winter blues.
