Universe has a funny way of putting things into practice...
This week I've had to create a psychology intervention for entrepreneurs (uni work stuff), and my chosen subject was burnout...
To put it simple, I had to create a program for entrepreneurs to recover from the burnout of running their business, and what they could do to avoid any future burnout...
THE IRONY WAS THAT
As soon as I submitted my assignment,
I was so happy and felt a nice relief that I was done well on time...
And by the evening time guess what happened...
I started to feel all the burnout "symptoms"😒
And if that was not enough... I caught an ugly fly as well...
I guess the universe is trying to tell me that now that I have created that intervention... maybe it's time to actually put it in practice...
Hm... funny ways
But... if you want to know how burnout feels like
Here are the common symptoms:
- Emotional exhaustion and feeling mentally drained
- Persistent stress and difficulty switching off from work
- Reduced motivation and loss of enthusiasm for the business
- Feeling overwhelmed by responsibilities and decision-making
- Increased irritability or frustration
- Reduced sense of accomplishment or effectiveness
- Difficulty concentrating or making decisions
- Withdrawal from work or avoidance of tasks
- Cynicism or negative attitudes toward the business
- Physical fatigue and reduced energy levels
Not fun at all...
Did any of you ever experienced this?
If you did... how did you manage it?
