A mindset refers to a person’s established way of thinking and believing, which significantly influences how they approach situations and challenges. Thought likely means effects or implications of a mindset, meaning how a particular mindset can impact someone’s actions, decisions and overall life experiences. The mean points about mindset are Fixed mindset, Growth Mindset ,Abundance Mindset and Scarcity Mindset.
FIXED MINDSET:Is when you are believing that abilities and intelligence are fixed traits, unable to change significantly through effort.
GROWTH MINDSETS : Is when you are believing that abilities can be developed through hard work and learning embracing challenges and seeing setbacks as opportunities to improve.
ABUNDANCE MINDSET:It is when you are believing that there are enough resources and opportunities for everyone fostering a positive and collaborative attitude .
SCARCITY MINDSET: It is when you are believing that resources are limited, leading to competition and fear of missing out.
SOME IMPACT OF MINDSET
MOTIVATION: A growth mindset tends to motivate individuals to persevere through challenges, while a fixed mindset might lead to giving up easily when faced with difficulties.
LEARNING:People with a growth mindset actively seek feedback and are open to learning new things, whereas those with a fixed mindset might avoid challenging that could expose their perceived limitations.
