3rd person / 1st person affirmations
Hey mind masters !
I tried both 3rd person and 1st person affirmations. Try them both and see which one you like more.
The only goal is to feel the feelings of the affirmation to see a scenario in the present tense where you achieve that result.
I used to like a lot 3rd person, now im going to try the 1st person to see if the feelings and emotions are more intense.
It's good to first start with 3rd person, so you can detach from your current identity, and more easily act like your 2.0 self.
Try them both, there are no strict rules for that.
