My name is AJ. I’m a non-traditional student at CU Boulder, entrepreneur, and the founder of this community. I created Mind Follows Body from my own experience rebuilding direction through physical discipline. There have been multiple points in my life where things were uncertain; financially, professionally, and personally. Training became the one constant that kept me grounded and moving forward.
This group is built on a simple belief: when you train the body with consistency and intention, the mind becomes stronger, clearer, and more resilient. Physical effort builds confidence. Structure builds momentum. Earned progress builds identity.
