I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has struggled with gut issues for nearly 10 years. I have also struggled with anxiety, brain fog, and fatigue. I have worked extensively with naturopathic doctors to heal my gut with natural remedies and lifestyle changes. I have also worked consistently with a therapist to manage my anxiety and stress. My healing journey has taught me a lot about my body and how significant the gut-brain connection is. This has made me passionate about helping my friends, family, and clients with similar issues. You cannot have a healthy mind if the body is not healthy and vice versa. I am here to share what I have learned about gut health while also integrating my experience in the mental health field.
