Today’s teaching was about managing triggers and learning how to pause instead of react.
Many of us didn’t realize how much we’ve been carrying until we slowed down. Triggers aren’t weakness—they’re signals showing us where healing, awareness, and control are needed.
This Mental Detox is doing what it’s supposed to do: helping us recognize what’s been running in the background and teaching us how to regain control in real time.
A lot of us needed this more than we knew.
