Before 1954, no one believed a human could run a mile in under 4 minutes. Doctors said it was physically impossible—that the human body would collapse under the strain.
Then, Roger Bannister did it.
🏆 He shattered the “impossible” barrier and ran a mile in 3 minutes and 59.4 seconds.
Here’s the wild part…
🚨 Within the next 12 months, THIRTEEN other runners also broke the 4-minute mile.
Why?
