Do you use "I'm good" often?
“I’m good” doesn’t always mean
In everyday conversation, “I’m good” can also mean:
For example:
A: Do you want some more coffee?
B: No, I’m good, thanks.
A: Do you need another beer?
B: I’m good for now. Thanks!
💡 “I’m good” = “No, thank you. I’m okay.”
It’s a very natural and casual way to politely say “No thanks” without sounding too direct.
⚠️ One thing to remember:
A: How are you?
B: I’m good! 😊
Here, “I’m good” DOES mean
So...
“I’m good.” can have TWO different meanings!
① I’m good.
② No thanks, I’m good.
Have you ever used ""I'm good" in 2nd meaning?
