I’m Chris and this space was born from my own spiral: the unraveling of my marriage and the grief of my divorce, years of struggle as a single mom, survival mode 24/7 and second-guessing myself constantly until I regulated my nervous system, cleared my energy and got radically honest about the life I actually wanted.
I’ve rebuilt everything from the ground up, and while I’m still a work in progress, Sacred Overflow is now the path I guide other women through…so they don’t have to do it alone.
