I’m new!

Hello! My name is Aleah from NH/ME - I’m 27 & a mom of a 3.5yr old girl who is my pride & joy! I joined this to gain insight on all the unknowns for myself regarding microdosing & its benefits. I’m currently on two different antidepressants one SSRI & one NDRI - I’ve always struggled with depression, anxiety & OCD tendencies & as well as postpartum depression… I’m looking for insight on new ways to explore my health & wellbeing ❣️ would love to connect with others & how they have helped you along the way!
