I’ve been seeing a lot of panic recently.
Business owners are terrified they are going to get "phased out" if they don't automate everything.
I tell them the exact opposite.
If you automate everything, you look like everyone else. And in 2026, "looking like everyone else" is a death sentence for your sales.
So, how do we fix this? Here is the exact roadmap I’m building with my clients right now:
1. We automate the "Boring" Stuff.
We are using AI to clean data, find leads, schedule posts, and handle admin. We are ruthless about efficiency on the back end.
2. We go "Retro" on the Sales Stuff.
This is the secret sauce. While competitors are trying to use AI to write sales emails, I’m telling my clients to do the things that feel "outdated."
✅ Direct Mail.
✅ Phone Calls.
✅ In-person events.
Why? Because when everyone goes digital, the "Physical" becomes premium.
When everyone uses ChatGPT, a real conversation becomes a luxury product.
My prediction for you:
The businesses that scale next year will be Cyborgs.
🤖 Robot efficiency on the inside.
❤️ Human empathy on the outside.
Don't get left behind trying to be a robot. Use the robots to be a better human.
