I use the Metro 2 attack and my client received this email. Do anyone know if they will still investigate?

I try to login and it keeps saying incorrect information then I tried to change the password and it says no user found with that email address, I went to my email and have the confirmation of the account I started in March. How can I fix this???

I’m not able to access the Attack Area. Whenever I click the “Go to Attack Area” link I receive this message. My account is current and active. I’ve created a ticket and still haven’t heard anything
