Hi all! I've been wanting to start up my YouTube channel again for a while (scary), and I've finally taken the plunge.

I've just published '5 Behaviours of Leadership Presence', which serves as a great intro or supplement to the Leadership Confidence & Presence training already in the classroom.

My YouTube channel exists to share the 'why' behind what we learn here. Our members-only classroom content is the 'how' to do that thing, from learning a skill to implementing a system, for example. The YT vids are meant to inform, educate, and generate traffic to our community.

🎬 A bit of behind-the-scenes sharing: In the interest of keeping things simple and just getting it done, there's no editing or music or anything fancy. Coming from a background where I know how to produce high-quality content, I don't love this. HOWEVER, I am forever on a journey of focusing on curiosity over perfection, so here we are. So for now, I am building the habit, and I will up the production and editing once I prove to myself I will stick with it. Then, editing and such will be a gift to myself once I've been consistent.
