🔥 Practice, Not Performance 🔥
What I want to say is…this is your reminder that nothing here is accidental.
You don’t need permission to experiment .You don’t need mastery to begin .You don’t need certainty to listen.
Every moment you show up curious instead of certain you’re already in rhythm .Every question you ask is a note. Every pause is part of the composition.
Progress doesn’t come from perfection .It comes from presence. From play. From being willing to sound a little messy while you learn your own tempo.
So try things. Miss beats. Listen closer. Move when it feels right.
We’re not here to perform. We’re here to practice becoming more alive.
