GenX out here doing it!!!!
any other GenX out here thriving with success?? Do you want to share your story? who else thinks our generation was the best? we drank out of hoses, dinner was at 5, we knew it was time to come home when the street lights came on and played outside all day!! no sitting on a video game all day or spending every min on the phone, you had to be rich to have a portable phone, ours were on a wall and only knew if we had a friend call if someone took a message… too bad our kids and theirs won’t ever know what it was really like to be a kid or what putting down your games and phones and go use your imagination and play outside.drawing with chalk on sidewalks, Hopscotch? Remember ding dong ditch? hide and seek? marco polo? street football? going fishing or looking for crayfish? or just riding your bikes with a group of friend without a care in the world seeing who can ride with no hands the longest?roller skating? the list goes on…. those were the days i tell you!!! the good ol’ days…. Does anyone else have good memories they would like to share? i’d love to hear your stories or the games you used to play as a child??
