When you get sick, you get looked at as the disease, and whoever is looking reaches for what they were trained to reach for. I think it goes the other way around.
Start at the body. At yours, specifically, because no two are the same. Do that first and every door opens. Herbs. Teas. Light. Food. Pharmaceuticals, when they are the right answer.
I am Meli. Biochemist, ten years in pharma, and the great-granddaughter of a curandera. I read the healing literature and I talk about what is actually in it. No gate-keeping the healing.
