I’m not great with words, but this was definitely needed. I could feel the stress in my body slowly going away. I’m very new to yoga and I kept getting the the poses mixed up but I felt like she redid the poses just for me. At the very end laying there I felt a release. Letting go of some things and pulling in other things. I don’t know how to explain that part. But next week I’m ready to work on my heart and see what that brings to me and what things I need to release.
