Highly recommend this video for all families. Here is a free glimpse. You can purchase the entire documentary on the Birth Into Being site. Allow the images and videos of these women and the birth to wash over you. Elena speaks to rerouting the limbic system of birthing women with this work. Healing our own births within us. I remember watching it when I was first pregnant and was blown away. Elena is a special being and I was grateful to catch her live yesterday and felt like I needed to share her work.
