Hiring Video Editor (Short-Form, Ads, VSLs)

I'm looking for a skilled editor who can help me turn voiceovers, raw clips, and scripts into high-converting short-form content, ad creatives, and VSLs—for both myself and clients.
Must be able to:
• Add motion graphics and text overlays
• Edit from just a voiceover if needed
• Create punchy, engaging edits optimized for conversions
• Understand pacing and structure for both social content and sales videos
Bonus if you’ve worked on offers in the agency, coaching, or info-product space.
This is project-based with room to grow into a more consistent role.
