Intro

Hello everyone 👋

I have a master’s in real estate development and used to work with it in Brazil. I moved to the US 10 years ago, where I live with my family in Cooper City, FL.

I’ve returned to real estate development last year, working in a company from Brazil that is starting to analyze opportunities here in the US.

I’ve joined the community to learn more about the real estate development here in the US and because I’m starting to look for my own real estate development projects.

In Brazil, we are mostly focused on build-to-sell, and I have a good network, but here I see more opportunities to build-to-hold, and I want to learn more about it.

I’m starting to look for land for my first build-to-sell project right now on a $300k house while I learn more about the US market and build-to-hold opportunities.

I’m glad I’ve found this community, and hopefully, I can also help with a bit of experience.
