Colored gray
"Colored gray"
When moondimmed nights
Swing to sunpale days
When aimless staring
Turns to inside gaze
When clouds drift by
And the hands of time
Turn wheels relentlessly
Of what once was mine
When shattered dreams
Mirror in their eyes
Is when I learn to dance
Through their darkest lies
For the sun is out
Glistening the way
Of deserted gems
On this darkblue day
So I lift my feet
Float through colored gray
Catch those drops of sun
Through the rays of rain
A Nightingale that sings
"All that come what may"
And the moonlit night
Sighs...
"You'll arrive someday."
