Introduction

Greetings, Inner Circle Members,

I am thrilled to be a part of Max Maxwell's group. I've been following Maxwell since 2018 and have successfully put several properties under contract, closing my first deal shortly after. Although that deal was small, it served as proof of concept and marked a pivotal moment in my real estate journey.

Over time, as various entrepreneurs in the industry began sharing viral content, I started learning about the other side of deals and discovered how lucrative being a buyer could be. Reflecting on my journey, the first property I wholesaled in 2019 for $42,000 is now worth over $200,000 excluding rents. To put this into perspective, my JV partner, Willie Coleman, recently completed a new construction project in the same area, on a similar property, which is now valued at over $3 million after just 13 months of development making it a potential 7 figure deal.

This experience has been transformative, and I’m excited to continue learning and growing within this community.
