Value Vouchers for Communities?
Hey everyone,
Have you ever experimented with value vouchers inside the community game?
I had this idea after a funny real-life moment:
At a highway rest stop, I paid €1 to use the restroom and they gave me that €1 back as a voucher to use in their café.
Of course, if you want a coffee, you still end up paying extra… but the voucher pulls you in and encourages you to spend more.
It made me think: Wouldn’t something like this be awesome inside a community?
Imagine giving members small “vouchers” earned through engagement or actions, which they can redeem toward bigger rewards, upgrades, perks, or events, but still require a bit more contribution or activity to fully unlock them.
Or you just give them the voucher after they have joined a free community and they can apply it to the classroom if you are running Freemium Model. Same with tiers... 👀
Could be a fun mechanic to boost participation and make the community feel more interactive and gamified.
What do you think, worth exploring? 🚀
