Let’s talk muscle memory + body fat (real quick):
When you’ve trained before, your body doesn’t forget.
Muscle cells actually keep “memory” of past training, which means when you get back consistent, you’ll regain strength and tone faster than you think.
But here’s the part most people miss…
Body fat doesn’t operate the same way. It doesn’t “remember” your old physique. If habits fall off, fat gain can happen quicker than expected—especially without structure.
👉🏽 That’s why consistency matters more than perfection.
👉🏽 That’s why structure matters more than random workouts.
You’re not starting over, you’re rebuilding smarter.
Small wins today:
- Hit your step goal
- Get your workout in (even if it’s not perfect)
- Be intentional with at least 2 meals
