Atlanta blessed us with some beautiful weather today before the thunderstorms roll in tomorrow, so if you can, GET OUTSIDE. Go for a walk, sit in the sun, eat outside, stretch, move your body, breathe a little deeper today. Your body and mind need that reset more than you realize.
I’m working today, but I still plan to enjoy the sunshine, get some movement in after lunch, and dive into my overnight oats with blueberries !!😩💙
Also… if you’re off today, this is the perfect time to gather groceries and prepare for Sunday meal prep. Setting yourself up before the week starts makes such a difference when life gets busy. Future you will thank you.
I’ve checked on several of you individually this week, and I know some are recovering from injuries, feeling drained, or just mentally exhausted from life.
Please remember this:
The stronger and healthier you keep yourself during the GOOD days, the better your body can support you during the harder ones.
Even small movement matters.
Even getting outside matters.
Even choosing one healthy meal matters.
You do not have to be perfect to keep progressing.
