I wanted to do a quick check-in and share how my week has gone so far.
My goal for June and July is simple: donβt miss days.

Iβll be honest, Friday was one of those days. I trained a client at 5 a.m., worked a full day, got home, laid down for what was supposed to be a quick nap, and that was it.
My body had other plans. π
The good news? I woke up this morning feeling refreshed, recovered, and ready to get after it again.
One thing Iβve learned is that consistency isnβt about perfection. Itβs about showing up again and again, even when life gets busy. Sometimes I get my workouts done before work starts. Sometimes I push a little too hard and feel it later in the day. Thatβs part of the process. Weβre learning our bodies while chasing our goals.
This community exists for a reason. We are all here to master ourselves, support one another, and become better than we were yesterday. Itβs both selfish and selfless, we improve ourselves while helping others do the same.
