As women, we naturally pour into everyone else first.
We create life, nurture life, heal, support, teach, protect, and carry emotional weight that most people never fully see.
But the truth is, constantly neglecting yourself mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually eventually shows up in the body.
Exhaustion.
Stress.
Weight gain.
Hormonal imbalance.
Burnout.
Anxiety.
Depression.
Lack of energy.
Feeling disconnected from yourself.
This is why taking care of yourself is not selfish. It is necessary.
Your workouts matter.
Your nutrition matters.
