Quick nutrition reminder as we head into the weekend:
Summer means cookouts, vacations, date nights, girls’ trips, and a lot more opportunities to eat outside of our normal routine. And guess what? That’s okay.
The mistake most people make is thinking they have to be perfect with food to make progress.
You don’t.
Instead of stressing over every calorie, focus on these 3 things:
✅ Hit your protein goal
✅ Get your water in
✅ Move your body daily
A lot of women underestimate how powerful simple movement can be. An extra walk after dinner, parking farther away, taking the stairs, or getting in a 20-minute workout can make a huge difference over time.
Remember: consistency beats perfection.
If you enjoy the burger, enjoy it.If you have dessert, have it.
Just don’t let one meal turn into a weekend of “I’ll start over Monday.”
