Happy Friday, ladies!!
Y’all have been a little quiet this week… and honestly, so have I 😂
But not in a bad way. It’s been one of those full, productive, blessed, busy weeks where you’re just trying to maximize your time, handle business, stay grounded, and still take care of YOU.
Today was officially an off day for me and I truly listened to my body. I asked my Friday client if we could both sleep in today and she agreed she needed it too 😂
I slept from 10 PM to almost 10:30 this morning and whew… I feel AMAZING. That rest was needed. Since then, I knocked out 2 hours in the gym and now I’m finally starting my day feeling refreshed and recharged.
Reminder:
Rest is productive too.
Recovery matters too.
Listening to your body matters too.
