Good morning ladies!!!
I’m off today, so I finally get a chance to breathe, slow down, and check in with myself.
Today is Day 6 of my fast, and I’m proud of how far I’ve come. I decided not to rush the process or go from fasting straight back into my normal eating habits. I’m slowly bringing food back into my body, starting with fruits, then adding vegetables, smart carbs, and working my way back into my pescatarian lifestyle.
This journey has reminded me how much strength comes from keeping promises to yourself. I feel amazing, I feel focused, and I feel even more confident knowing I can set a goal and follow through.
