They understand the power of compound interest: daily micro action compounds into macro results ''he's so disciplined!'' ''He's so consistent'' - these are traits that are formed through micro repetition...
So what did you do today that reinforced the best version of you?
for me it was:
  • I woke up on time
  • I had a cold shower
  • I did 4 hours of deep work
  • I had a difficult team meeting and showed up on time
  • I took responsibility for the team feeling overwhelmed
  • I went to the gym and worked harder than yesterday
  • I stuck to my meal plan and ate clean
These small micro wins not only build you into the ''best'' you - they also kill your old identity. The version of you that makes you give in to bad habits and lose trust in your own word
Keep the promises. The most important person to build trust with is yourself.
