What now?
I switched my niche from roofing to water filtration and relied on cold calls to reach prospects, as it was the most affordable option. In the first week, I booked 10 appointments, with 5 resulting in showups. Although I didn't close any deals, I was encouraged by the results and focused on getting more appointments.
However, after that first week, I moved to a new state after exhausting the leads in my initial state and then my booking rate dropped to ZERO. I believe this was due to the limited total addressable market in the water filtration industry, which is restricted to states with poor water quality.
What do i do now?
