Recruiting A-Player Success Managers To Join Our Team

Hey guys - so long story short our agency is scaling fast and we’re sitting at about 60-70 clients which is awesome, and it’s exciting to see

That being said, our current client success team is overloaded with the amount of clients we have right now - and our main focus is to alleviate some of that work and continue to scale by bringing another SAVAGE onto our team to manage a pod of clients, drive growth by upselling and being OBSESSED with increasing their client retention

This is a COMMISSION + BASE position: $100 per client they manage (they will be ramped up to a minimum of 40 within a month and will be provided a $4k base until they hit 40) - PLUS $2k - $4k in commissions on top.

The OTE for this position is $6 - $8k / mo - We also have TONS of opportunity for growth in other domains of our company as we scale up to $250k/mo in the next couple of months which is what we’re projecting.
