Recruiting A-Player Success Managers To Join Our Team

Hey guys - so long story short our agency is scaling super fast...

That being said, our current client success team is overloaded with the amount of clients we have right now - and our main focus is to alleviate some of that work and continue to scale by bringing another SAVAGE onto our team to manage a pod of clients, drive growth by upselling and being OBSESSED with increasing their client retention

This is a COMMISSION + BASE position: $100 per client they manage (they will be ramped up to a minimum of 40 within a month and will be provided a $3.5k base until they hit 35) - PLUS a % of profit on the revenue generated for their pod

The OTE for this position is $5 - $6k / mo - We also have TONS of opportunity for growth in other domains of our company as we scale up to $500k/month in the next 12-14 months which is what we’re projecting.
