Recruiting A-Player Client Success Managers To Join Our Team

Hey guys - so long story short our agency is scaling super fast which is awesome and it’s exciting to see!

That being said, our current client success team is overloaded with the amount of clients we have right now - and our main focus is to alleviate some of that work and continue to scale by bringing another SAVAGE onto our team to manage a pod of clients, drive growth by upselling and being OBSESSED with increasing their client retention.

This is a COMMISSION + BASE position: $100 per client they manage (they will be ramped up to a minimum of 40 within a month and will be provided a $4k base until they hit 35) - PLUS a % of profit on the revenue generated for their pod. The OTE for this position is $6 - $8k / mo - We also have TONS of opportunity for growth in other domains of our company as we scale up to $500k/month in the next 12-14 months which is what we’re projecting.
