$5-8K OTE HIRING Killer Client Success Manager
Our agency is scaling fast and we’re looking to bring on another savage Client Success Manager to own a pod of clients, drive retention, upsells, and growth.
This is a SALES-driven role. You get paid directly based on how well you retain and upsell your clients.
Compensation:
- $100 per client managed (ramp to ~40 clients within 30 days)
- $3.5k base until you hit 35 clients
- % of profit on your clients
- OTE: $5-8k/month
Huge upside as we scale toward $500k/month over the next 12–14 months.
