Hello, I'm excited to connect with you beautiful souls!
My name is Blake, originally from the UK, grew up in France and now living in Colombia.
I help men heal their inner child and trauma as well as dissolving shame, with the use of somatic & breath work to help move and release energy/emotions from the nervous system and the body.
When the inner child is healed men can step more into their power, become better leaders and fully express themselves in full authenticity.
I am here to continue to learn and grow so that I can be of better service to the world and get my message across to those that are most in need.
I'm currently living off grid in Colombia while building a retreat centre for men's retreats.
I am also a stand for men to show them that life is beautiful and worth living even if they are in a very dark place.
Fun fact about me: I completed an untrained Ironman not too long ago.
