Recovery asks us to listen beneath the silence. To breathe instead of bolt. Today, notice the quiet cravings—the ones that come dressed as routine. When they arise, anchor yourself with 3 deep breaths, name the craving without judgment, and ask: “What’s the deeper need here?”Let breath answer what impulse cannot.
