I recently set up a complete automation workflow that connects:
  • Gmail → Pipedrive (lead capture)
  • Pipedrive → Lemlist (personalized email sequences)
  • Lemlist → Pipedrive → WhatsApp (deal updates + instant team notifications)
Here’s what happens step by step 👇
1️⃣ Leads from different platforms are automatically captured and logged into Pipedrive CRM.
2️⃣ Once marked as Interested, they’re sent directly into the right Lemlist campaign for that project.
3️⃣ When they click a catalog or landing page link, their deal stage updates instantly, and the team gets a WhatsApp alert so we can start a conversation in real time.
